Securely connect your plan

Link your health plan through a secure, encrypted connection so mhico always has your latest coverage and claims. It's optional, but it lets the companion give you accurate, personalized guidance instead of general answers.

Step 3

Ask the companion anything

Go to Ask Mhico and type your question or tap one of the suggested prompts to get started. The companion handles claims, benefits, cost estimates, appeals, plan comparisons, FSA/HSA, and more.

Your data is never used to train AI, unlike major AI chatbots.

Share a document for specific help

Got an EOB, a provider bill, or an insurance card? Attach it to your message as a PDF, photo, or pasted image. The companion reads it directly and gives you a precise breakdown of what happened and what you owe.
